TO: All Staff Applicants

RE: Staff Applications

All staff applications must be accompanied by the following:

Three letters of recommendation from a guidance counselor and teacher of the school you are attending.

A recent photo of yourself.

A copy of your birth certificate.

Working papers if you are under 17 years of age. (You can obtain working papers from your school office.)

All applications must be completely filled in.

No contracts or applications will be processed if the letters of recommendation, photo, and copy of birth certificate do not accompany your application.
